I am aware of the lack of posts. Oddly, it doesn't even stem from a lack of anything to post about, just nothing over exciting, or at least nothing I feel excited about to somehow stretch it out into a single post. Instead of hashing out the reason(s) I have just been wearily plodding on, just being content that I can, in fact, wearily plod on. So here is a sum up:
- I got my 4th level 80 character on WoW (which is kinda sad).
- I have been working on the novels, but not much (read above).
- The wife and I now have insurance (extremely high deductible, no copay, etc) + an HSA.
- Some guy at work compared me to The Comic Book Guys from the Simpsons.
- I am slowly working my way through more stuff by William Gibson.
- More debts have been paid off.
- We will probably be switching to Verizon in a year.
- I have taken a liking to vodka, but still haven't been drunk.
- Con Air isn't a total waste of time as long as you skip everything after they crash in Vegas.
- I am finally missing having a working laptop w/ dvd drive, but only a little.
I know there is more, but nothing is coming to mind...which in another reason I have not been posting much: I get part way through and lose all train of thought.

I have been thinking Verizon because I want an android phone, but I don't want a crippled one like Motorolla AT&T has now. But knowing AT&T, they are probably only going to subsidize crippled ones and I am too cheap to buy an unsubsidized one like the Nexus One (which is sexy!) The HTC phones coming out on Verizon right now are likewise sexy.
As for the vodka, I really haven't been drinking enough to lose all train of thought. I don't think I would enjoy going quite that far.

Yeah, we're probably moving to Verizon in August, we're fed up with ATT. Droid will probably be my phone.

AT&T is getting I think 5 total Android phones in the coming months, one from Dell(their first phone), HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and I think LG. I am pretty sure they will NOT be crippled, Motorola just sucks ass themselves. Also, I didn't care for the Nexus One personally. It looks sexy and had potential, but had enough problems that I returned it. I guess at least if you go to Verizon, wait until they roll out their LTE tech so you aren't left behind on craptastic CDMA and EVDO. Blech.
