The wife and I hit LGT to visit the families today. Her family had a full compliment of blood relatives (plus me, I guess) and my family was us and the parents. Great fun by all, yada yada...not why I am posting. I am posting because something awesome happened today, and it just hit me a few minutes ago.

How many? - Games - DnD - RCM

I had a moderately productive night last night. I got some headway into making a page out of Erin's RCM idea. If I actually work on it tonight instead of devoting all my time to SWG I should have a workable script in a couple of hours. I may later spin it in a different direction, but for now I am planning on keeping it simple.

DnD: Second session. - DnD

We slammed out another session tonight. Unlike last week where they guys managed to kill everything they met outside of a city, they only killed two lowly kobolds (ok, maybe not so lowly). I started to toy with the individual characters. Lushbaugh was visited by some whispers that promised him power in return for servitude. Miller was given a rock by a Slaad (massive crazy things from the planes of chaos). I did not really give Jim anything, but then again, this world was created in part just to serve as an outlet for his greatest desire, to kill dragons. In all the other campaings we play he rarely gets a chance to go toe-to-toe with them, so I am aiming to toss one in every couple of weeks. I do have some plans for him though.

In preperation... - DnD

Well, the wife is dropping out of running DnD until her thesis is done, and since I had been playing with a campaign idea, the responsibility fell to me. I think I will have fun with it though. I have never really DMed before... at least never anything with a plot. I have a fair plot worked out I hope it turns out as well as I am planning. I am gonna have fun this week making sure I have the first couple of sessions nailed down. I have the character creation rules up...at least what I can think of now...I am kinda tired and fairly distracted. As I am typing this I am remembering a couple of things I forgot that I will have to add in real quick. I will probably be expanding this out more as I create more for the campaign, and it will all be tossed under the DnD link up in the menu.

Oh well, I still have much typing to do on my homework for tomorrow and I want to get some sleep so I am going to run.
